Overview

Testosterone therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and sexual health are among the most rapidly evolving—and frequently misunderstood—areas of modern clinical practice. New research, updated guidelines, FDA labeling changes, and growing patient demand have transformed the landscape, creating both opportunities and challenges for healthcare providers. Yet despite their increasing importance, these topics remain underrepresented in traditional medical education, leaving many clinicians uncertain about how to apply the latest evidence in practice. Even experienced providers may struggle to keep pace with emerging concepts, evolving treatment strategies, and ongoing controversies in the field.

This innovative three-day program addresses those gaps head-on. Nearly 40% of men over the age of 45 have clinically low testosterone levels, while sexual dysfunction affects approximately 40% of both men and women. At the same time, advances in hormone replacement therapy for women—including emerging evidence on testosterone therapy and recent FDA labeling changes—have created an urgent need for updated clinical guidance.

Under the leadership of Abraham Morgentaler, MD, FACS, together with co-course directors Mohit Khera, MD, MPH, MBA, and Rachel S. Rubin, MD, this course brings together an outstanding multidisciplinary faculty to examine the most important issues in hormone therapy and sexual medicine. Through lectures, case discussions, debates, and interactive question-and-answer sessions, faculty will separate hype from science and provide practical approaches that can be immediately applied in clinical practice.

New for 2027, the expanded curriculum provides comprehensive coverage of women's hormones and sexual health alongside the course's longstanding focus on testosterone therapy and men's health. Dedicated sessions will address hormone replacement therapy, testosterone therapy in women, sexual dysfunction, breast cancer survivorship, and other complex clinical scenarios.

Additional sessions will explore fertility preservation, cardiovascular and prostate safety, post-finasteride syndrome, psychosexual health, emerging technologies, and the evolving role of AI and digital intimacy in sexual medicine—making this one of the most comprehensive educational offerings available in the field today.

Why Attend Live?

Experience hormone therapy and sexual medicine education the way it was meant to be delivered—live, interactive, and in direct conversation with the experts shaping the field.

Because many of the topics covered remain controversial, the opportunity to question experts directly and hear differing perspectives is especially valuable.

This exclusive, limited-seating course brings together internationally recognized leaders in testosterone therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and sexual health for three days of evidence-based learning and candid discussion. Unlike large conferences where meaningful interaction can be difficult, this program is intentionally designed to encourage dialogue, debate, and direct access to faculty.

What makes the live experience exceptional:

  • Real-time question-and-answer sessions with faculty throughout the program
  • Interactive debates addressing some of the most controversial topics in hormone therapy and sexual medicine
  • Direct access to faculty during meals, breaks, and networking opportunities
  • Meaningful discussions of complex clinical scenarios that extend beyond the formal presentations
  • Peer-to-peer learning with clinicians who share an interest in men's health, women's health, and sexual medicine
  • Opportunities to discuss challenging cases and receive practical guidance from experienced experts

Participants consistently report that the ability to ask nuanced clinical questions, challenge assumptions, and engage directly with faculty is one of the most valuable aspects of the course. The intimate setting fosters thoughtful discussion, deeper understanding, and professional relationships that continue long after the meeting concludes.

Hear from Our Participants

Ranked among the highest-rated Harvard Medical School CME courses, past participants consistently report that this program has improved their clinical practice and outcomes.

Where to start. EVERYTHING! I loved the research history lessons for TTh in both men and women. Often the older research is overlooked since it's not easily accessed on PubMed. Honestly, everything about this conference was great. All the speakers were tremendous, and I’m sad it's over.

Loved the interactive case presentations; it brought cohesion and clarity.

Expert speakers giving high level information which allows for a significant amount of practical learning in a short period of time.

Great course. It is so good to see mainstream medicine discussing what others feel is controversial – testosterone therapy. Thank you for being the leaders in this space and pioneering the way.

Always a fascinating and inspirational conference, thanks to the premier course directors and the quality faculty.

The entire course was exceptional and well presented.
