- Access to the HMX and HealthXcelerate Learning Pass is granted for one (1) year from the date of payment.
- Within five business days of payment, learners will receive an email with instructions about how to register for eligible HMX and HealthXcelerate courses during the one‑year access period.
- For instructor-paced HMX courses, learners must register by the published registration deadlines for each course offering.
- Enrollment in certain courses and course sessions is subject to availability, and all coursework must be completed within the time frames specified for each course.
- No deferrals, retakes, or extensions are permitted beyond the valid one-year course registration period.
