Overview

This enduring online activity developed by the International Society for Stem Cell Research will provide clinicians with a comprehensive understanding of stem cell-based approaches for PD. As research progresses and patients increasingly seek information about emerging treatment options, clinicians are often challenged to provide clinical guidance on the potential role of such cellular therapeutics in addressing some of the motor features in PD. This enduring online activity will provide clinicians with a comprehensive understanding of stem cell-based approaches for PD, covering the biological rationale, current clinical trial outcomes, and how these strategies compare to existing and other advanced therapies. This course empowers participants to support patients in making safe, evidence-based decision-making about emerging treatment options.

Stem Cell Medicine: Parkinson's Disease is offered in two registration pathways:

  1. Free Access - Learners may enroll at no cost, but will not be eligible for a certificate of attendance or CE credit.
  2. Paid Access - Learners may pay tuition and upon completion of the course evaluation, will be eligible for a certificate of attendance or CE credit.
