Future of Workforce Health
What we’ve built together & what you gain
The Future of Workforce Health has grown into a cross-sector leadership community of employers, health systems, payers, providers, researchers, and innovators, convened by Harvard Medical School.
By joining the Future of Workforce Health leadership forum, you will:
To date, we have:
- Convened leaders through expert discussions, fireside chats, and faculty-led sessions
- Established collaborative working groups and supported early summit planning
- Built an active, growing community focused on shared workforce health challenges
- Created an ongoing forum for dialogue on AI and transformation, resilience, mental health, burnout, culture, psychosocial risk, and performance
- Begun surfacing and synthesizing leading practices and emerging solutions across sectors
Where we’re heading
We are building on this momentum by deepening executive participation—creating interactive working groups, case-based discussions, and peer-to-peer learning sessions where members actively shape the agenda, exchange ideas, and test real-world approaches together with Harvard Medical School and fellow organizations, generating insights that can inform future research and new work.
As part of this community, you gain:
- Access to cutting-edge thinking and solutions across health care technology, services, plans, and programs aimed at improving workforce health, productivity, and value from health care spend
- Early insight into emerging innovations, along with real-time perspectives on what is working in practice today
- Engagement with new data, research, and cross-industry best-practice exchange, with opportunities to learn from both established approaches and innovations on the horizon
Together, we can help define the future of workforce health.
