Stephanie S. Faubion is a clinician with over 10 years of experience at Mayo Clinic's Women's Health Clinic, where she evaluates and treats women with menopausal, hormonal, and sexual health concerns. Her research focuses on sex- and gender-based differences in disease, menopause, hormone therapy, healthy aging, and sexual dysfunction in women, drawing research questions directly from clinical practice dilemmas. To expand evidence-based practice, Faubion developed the Data Registry on Experiences of Aging, Menopause, and Sexuality (DREAMS) in 2005, which now contains longitudinal data from more than 7,000 patients and has facilitated multiple research collaborations with clinical and basic science researchers within the institution.
