Kate Sciacca is a nurse practitioner and Director of Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing for Adult Palliative Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is the Lead Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner for the KidneyPal Program, where she helped establish and grow one of the nation's largest kidney palliative care teams. Kate co-directs the KidneyPal outpatient clinic and has lectured internationally on palliative care for patients with advanced kidney disease.
