Caroline Taverna, MSW, LICSW is a palliative care social worker on the KidneyPal team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She received her master’s in social work from NYU Silver School of Social Work, where she was a Zelda Foster Studies in Palliative and End of Life Care MSW fellow. Caroline subsequently completed palliative care social work fellowship training at Mount Sinai in New York, NY.
